Unsere Produktionsst\u00e4tte<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In unserer bretonischen Heimat haben wir k\u00fcrzlich unsere erste Destillationsst\u00e4tte er\u00f6ffnet \u2013 unweit der Felder, auf welchen wir auch unsere Pflanzen zur Herstellung der Bl\u00fctenwasser in Bio-Landwirtschaft anbauen.<\/p>\n

Die im sogenannten Atelier des Eaux Botaniques<\/em> hergestellten Bl\u00fctenwasser sind Bestandteil einiger unserer Produkte, welche ebenfalls in der N\u00e4he, in unseren Fabriken produziert werden.<\/p>\n

Durch die regionale N\u00e4he der einzelnen Produktionsschritte entsteht eine lokale Kreislaufwirtschaft, und das bedeutet: weniger CO2-Emissionen durch kurze Transportwege und somit einen geringeren CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck und niedrigere Umweltauswirkungen.<\/p>\n

Von unseren Pflanzenfeldern zum Yves Rocher Bio-Bl\u00fctenwasser<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Seit Fr\u00fchling 2020 produzieren wir Bl\u00fctenwasser aus Kornblumen, R\u00f6mischer Kamille, Echter Kamille und Pfefferminze. Diese Bl\u00fctenwasser dienen als Wirkstoffe in unz\u00e4hligen Yves Rocher Produkten: Unsere Linie Sensitive Camomille<\/a> etwa enth\u00e4lt Bl\u00fctenwasser aus Echter Kamille, die neue Linie Pur Bleuet<\/a> enth\u00e4lt Kornblumen-Bl\u00fctenwasser und unsere kl\u00e4renden Masken<\/a> enthalten Pfefferminz-Bl\u00fctenwasser.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Wie genau werden unsere Bl\u00fctenwasser hergestellt?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Die kleine Skizze verdeutlicht alle Schritte, welche unsere Pflanzen auf ihrem Weg zum Bl\u00fctenwasser durchlaufen m\u00fcssen. Die Herstellung einer Tonne Hydrolat erfordert beispielsweise eine 2-st\u00fcndige Destillation der vorher getrockneten Pflanzen. Bei der Destillation wird Wasserdampf durch den Destillierkolben geleitet, sodass es zur Kondensation kommt und somit zur Trennung des Hydrolats vom \u00e4therischen \u00d6l. Nach anschlie\u00dfender Filtration und Pasteurisierung erh\u00e4lt man das fertige Bl\u00fctenwasser, welches im n\u00e4chsten Schritt in unseren Produkten zum Einsatz kommt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
