Maar, geen paniek! Het is niet nodig om twee maanden voor de zomer te beginnen sporten. D\u00e9 formule om gewicht te verliezen: tachtig procent di\u00ebten en twintig procent sporten.<strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <\/strong>Om terug een gezond gewicht te bereiken, een gewicht waar eet wanneer je honger hebt en je goed zit in je vel, moet je eerst en vooral evenwichtig eten.
