Sans le brider, vous vous contentez de l\u2019observer durant la m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n<p>En dehors des s\u00e9ances, <strong>cette observation devient de plus en plus ais\u00e9e et naturelle<\/strong>. L\u2019esprit s\u2019exprime mais il n\u2019est plus le seul \u00e0 d\u00e9cider.
