It’s time to exfoliate, but which scrub to choose?

While still in the shower, take advantage of your skin being damp skin to gently exfoliate and remove dead skin cells using a scrub.

This scrub, enriched with Organic Shea Butter and Shea shells, gently exfoliates skin. It protects skin against dryness. Its creamy richness refines the skin's texture, leaving it soft and silky. Impurities and dead skin cells are eliminated. Skin is immediately nourished.

How to use it: Apply in the shower, once or twice a week, then rinse thoroughly. Do not apply on face or on damaged or irritated skin.

Hydrated and nourished skin

Once your mirror is thoroughly fogged up, it's time to moisturize and repair your dry skin. If the weather has left your skin feeling dry, we recommend combining the effectiveness of the cleansing balm with the nourishing body lotion.

Hidden away all winter and regularly mistreated, it's time to take care of them! But how do you make them soft and beautiful again? Follow our tips for pampered feet.

SOFTENS YOUR FEET

Just like our hands, our feet are naturally drier than the rest of our body. This is due to the absence of sebaceous glands in these areas. Furthermore, they are put to the test all year round with little reprieve. Due to the cold, heat or rubbing in shoes daily, the skin on the feet tends to dry out.

As a result, skin becomes more fragile, losing its elasticity and becoming rough, with even calluses or cracks. Feet may suffer discomfort and even daily pain. Special attention must therefore be paid to nourish and protect the skin on the feet. To ensure feet are comfortable every day, our Botanical Beauty® researchers have selected organic Peppermint for its soothing properties* and combined it with organic Mallow from La Gacilly. Shea butter, known for its nourishing and restorative properties, was added to our Repairing Foot Balm, creating a truly effective care for the driest of feet.

Step 1: Combat Roughness

Subjected to repeated friction and compressed in shoes, the skin on the feet, an area of the body devoid of sebaceous glands, becomes dry and thickens. The "callus" (hyperkeratosis) under the feet is a skin reaction to friction.

With the Exfoliating Foot Gel enriched with Organic Mint and Organic Mallow, rediscover smooth and soft feet! It exfoliates and reduces skin roughness, feet look smooth and feel soft. Say goodbye to impurities and dead skin. Regular exfoliation will help prevent callus formation.

1. Moisten your feet with clear water.

2. Take a small amount of Exfoliating Foot Gel and apply by making small circular motions to intensify the exfoliation.

3. Rinse thoroughly.

And to tackle stubborn calluses, use a Pumice Stone Foot File on damp skin, lightly rub your heel and affected areas. Be careful not to use the foot file more than 1 or 2 times a week, because doing it too often, will cause calluses to reappear more and more quickly!

Step 2 : Embrace the Softness

Your feet deserve a moment of relaxation too! It's essential to moisturize them well to prevent calluses. Take this opportunity to indulge in a moment of well-being:

Apply the Express Absorption Foot Cream enriched with Organic Mint and Organic Mallow to the entire feet, massaging from the toes to the heel. Pay special attention to the heels and the soles of the feet, which tend to dry out more quickly. A true source of care for the feet, it immediately and lastingly moisturizes and nourishes feet, protecting them from skin dryness.

For extreme dryness:

1 to 2 times a week, apply a thick layer of the Repairing Foot Balm enriched with Organic Mint, Organic Mallow, and Organic Shea Butter, and let it penetrate for intense nutrition and repair. BOTANICAL BIO-INSPIRATION

Buds are remarkable as they contain BOTANICAL CELLS WITH UNIQUE REGENERATIVE POWERS. They alone have the capacity to create all parts of a plant (leaves, flowers, fruit, and stems) and unparalleled molecular richness (vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients).

After considering several different trees, we selected a flower bud from the Syringa vulgaris, a tree protected in a botanical garden, after having discovered its unique concentration of an anti-aging molecule, verbascoside. The bud was extracted in full bloom to ensure optimal concentration.

THE ART OF POTENTIATING PLANTS

Yves Rocher scientists have selected a patented botanical biotechnological process which, by using a single Syringa bud sample, allows us to select, multiply and enrich botanical regenerating cells with verbascoside - a powerful anti-aging polyphenol.

Then, our scientists carried out a process for fragmenting these cells so that they release their precious content and produce an innovative anti-aging ingredient: the BOTANICAL BUD NECTAR.

Our Yves Rocher botanists drew inspiration from a succulent plant with a remarkable water mechanism: Edulis. They’ve demonstrated an action mimicking mechanism between water storage in the plant and the effect of Edulis cellular water extract on skin. Its triple hydrating action stores water deep within skin*, distributes it across all layers of the epidermis*, and minimizes its evaporation* for continuous hydration.

The shining icon: organic raspberry vinegar rinse

Hair coloring isn't without its impact on our hair: the scales of the hair fiber must open to allow color absorption, which can weaken the hair fiber, especially with frequent coloring.

Over time, not only does the color lose its intensity and radiance, but repeated washes and environmental aggressors (oxidation, sun exposure, pollution, etc.) compound the undesirable effects on colored hair, making it dull.

At Yves Rocher, we have developped a new hair care product to counter these effects and revive the natural shine of hair: the raspberry vinegar rinsing lotion.

With our unique understanding of the botanical world, our Botanical Beauty researchers have chosen RASPBERRY VINEGAR for its anti-limestone properties. Known since ancient times for its effectiveness, it neutralizes the limestone present in water, which can dull the hair fiber with each shampoo.
