It's all part of the challenge!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why it's a great workout? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spinning classes are a<strong> great cardio workout! It also\u00a0strengthens your legs' muscles, while tonning\u00a0the buttocks, abs and abductor<\/strong>s. Got weaker knees? Don\u2019t worry, Spinning is a <strong>low-impact sport<\/strong> on the joints if you use the right posture (the coach will guide you).
