Pies separados el ancho de la pelvis, extensi\u00f3n de las manos el mismo ancho que los hombros. Los pies y las manos en el suelo, y empuja las caderas hacia el techo, para formar una V.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estira los brazos y las piernas<\/strong>, y coloca los talones hacia el suelo. Dobla una pierna y luego otra para relajarlos. Entonces te quedas con las piernas estiradas.<\/p>\n<p>Mant\u00e9n los hombros lejos de las orejas para estirar la espalda, trata de acercar lo m\u00e1ximo posible el busto a los muslos, sin mover las manos. <strong>\u00a1Mira entre las piernas y rel\u00e1jate!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Desaf\u00edate con su variante: coloca la cabeza abajo y tres patas de perro<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Simplemente sigue los pasos anteriores y una vez que est\u00e9 la cabeza en la posici\u00f3n de perro, levante una pierna hacia el techo y mant\u00e9n esta posici\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de trabajar tu equilibrio y tu concentraci\u00f3n, esta posici\u00f3n te permite tonificar los m\u00fasculos de los brazos, el ABS y gl\u00fateos!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-2363-6\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-2363-6-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-2363-6-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"10\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>\u00a1El equilibrio es la clave!<\/strong> Con esta postura, te concentras en ti mismo y en tu respiraci\u00f3n. <strong>Una buena manera de canalizar tu energ\u00eda y encontrar tu equilibrio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hazlo de pie, con los brazos a lo largo del cuerpo, los pies ligeramente separados y la espalda derecha. Coloca uno de los pies en la pantorrilla o muslo de la pierna opuesta (ten cuidado de no colocarlo sobre la rodilla), las caderas han de estar bien alineadas.<\/p>\n<p>Contrae tus gl\u00fateos y abdominales y levanta los brazos hacia el cielo, y pon los codos cerca de las orejas. Los hombros bajos y relajados. Sent\u00e1ndose en las rodillas, <strong>y con las nalgas en los talones, incl\u00ednate hacia adelante, hasta que tu pecho descanse en sus muslos y tu frente toque el suelo (en la extensi\u00f3n de la espina dorsal)<\/strong>. Usted puede separar sus pies y muslos levemente, para hacerlo m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo.<\/p>\n<p>Inhala y exhala.
