Sin embargo, conviene recordar que cerrar los ojos unos minutos es suficiente para relajarse y reponer el organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Aconsejamos dormir la siesta en ese momento en que nuestro cuerpo comienza a flaquear: a primera hora de la tarde, mientras hacemos la digesti\u00f3n. \u00a1Ojo! Para disfrutar de una buena siesta reparadora, conviene dormir entre 8 y 30 minutos como m\u00e1ximo. Su duermes m\u00e1s, te arriesgas a conseguir el efecto inverso: levantarte con mayor sensaci\u00f3n de cansancio y no conseguir conciliar el sue\u00f1o a la noche siguiente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Si\u00e9ntate, t\u00fambate, ap\u00f3yate contra la pared... la posici\u00f3n no importa.
