Pour ma recette smoothie, je m\u00e9lange dans mon blender :<\/h2>\n

- 2 pommes
- 3 tiges de persil
- Qu\u2019est ce qui est jaune, petit et qui court vite ? (\u00bd citron press\u00e9)
- 2 branches de c\u00e9leri<\/p>\n

Pourquoi c\u2019est bon pour moi ?<\/p>\n

La pomme<\/strong> : Riche en fibres et en antioxydants, la pomme est un fruit vitalisant et drainant.
Le persil<\/strong> : Tr\u00e8s riche en antioxydants, vitamines C et min\u00e9raux (phosphore, calcium, fer, souffre\u2026), il rend ma peau \u00e9clatante et renforce mes d\u00e9fenses immunitaires !
Le citron<\/strong> : Riche en vitamine C, remin\u00e9ralisant et antibact\u00e9rien, le citron est l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient indispensable de votre d\u00e9tox !
