m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>- Pendant que \u00e7a mixe, ajoutez de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive (4 ou 5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe environ), le sel, l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same (ou le tahini).<\/p>\n<p>- Ajoutez du zeste de citron puis le jus du citron et mixez \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>- R\u00e9servez 2\/3 dans un saladier et gardez le rester dans le rose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour le houmous rose, utiliser le jus de betterave sous vide ou utiliser un extracteur pour obtenir du jus de la betterave et m\u00e9langer au houmous dans le mixeur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3\/Le houmous vert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour le houmous vert, mixer les feuilles d\u2019\u00e9pinards en ajoutant le houmous au fur et \u00e0 mesure et
