Allongez ensuite les jambes devant vous, et encha\u00eenez les flexions, du haut vers le bas. 1 minute d\u2019effort pour 30 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, et on recommence !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour les fesses et les jambes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nagez sur le dos \u00e0 la seule force de vos jambes et tenez les bras tendus une planche derri\u00e8re votre t\u00eate. Attention \u00e0 bien garder le dos droit et le nombril hors de l'eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour les jambes et les hanches<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pas besoin de mat\u00e9riel pour cet exercice. Tenez le bord de la piscine avec votre bras, et avec votre jambe oppos\u00e9e encha\u00eenez les mouvements vers l'avant, l'arri\u00e8re et le c\u00f4t\u00e9. Gardez le dos droit et contractez vos abdos pour garder l\u2019\u00e9quilibre ! Plus vos mouvements sont amples plus vos muscles travaillent ! R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les mouvements 20 fois et changez de jambe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour les jambes et les obliques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour cet exercice, l\u2019eau doit vous arriver entre le nombril et la poitrine. Sautez en ramenant les genoux jusqu'\u00e0 la surface, puis redescendez.
