Partez soit en <strong>position planche, soit en position de l\u2019enfant<\/strong>. Pieds \u00e9cart\u00e9s de la largeur du bassin, les mains \u00e9cart\u00e9s de la m\u00eame largeur que vos \u00e9paules. Les pieds et mains au sol, poussez les hanches vers le plafond, pour<strong> former un V<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>bras et les jambes sont tendus<\/strong>, les talons vont en direction du sol. Pliez une jambe et puis l\u2019autre pour les d\u00e9tendre. Restez ensuite jambes tendues.<\/p>\n<p>Gardez bien vos \u00e9paules loin des oreilles, et pour bien \u00e9tirer vos dos, <strong>tentez de rapprocher le plus possible votre buste de vos cuisses<\/strong>, sans bouger vos mains. <strong>Regardez entre vos jambes<\/strong> et d\u00e9tendez-vous !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Challengez-vous avec sa variante : le chien t\u00eate en bas \u00e0 trois pattes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il vous suffit de faire les \u00e9tapes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et une fois\u00a0 que vous \u00eates en position chien t\u00eate en bas, l<strong>evez une jambe vers le ciel puis maintenez cette position<\/strong>.\u00a0 En plus de travailler votre <strong>\u00e9quilibre et votre concentration<\/strong>, cette position vous permet d'<strong>engager les muscles des bras, des abdos mais aussi des fessiers<\/strong> !\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-4044-6\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-4044-6-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-4044-6-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"10\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9quilibre c\u2019est la cl\u00e9<\/strong> ! Avec cette posture, on se concentre sur soi et sur sa respiration. Une belle mani\u00e8re de <strong>canaliser son \u00e9nergie<\/strong> et <strong>trouver son \u00e9quilibre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Debout, les bras le long du corps, les pieds l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9cart\u00e9s et le dos droit. Placez l\u2019<strong>un de vos pieds sur le mollet ou la cuisse de la jambe oppos\u00e9e<\/strong> (attention \u00e0 ne pas le placer sur votre genou), les hanches bien align\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contractez vos fessiers et vos abdos<\/strong> puis levez les bras au ciel, les coudes proches des oreilles. Les \u00e9paules sont basses et d\u00e9tendues. Vous pouvez <strong>\u00e9carter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vos pieds et vos cuisses<\/strong>, pour que cela soit <strong>plus confortable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Inspirez et expirez. Posez une jambe repli\u00e9e au sol et placez \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de votre genou le pied de la jambe oppos\u00e9e. <strong>Vos jambes se croisent<\/strong>, un genou est lev\u00e9, l\u2019autre est pos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Attrapez votre genou lev\u00e9 avec le bras oppos\u00e9, soit avec le creux de votre coude, soit en pla\u00e7ant votre coude devant votre genou. <strong>Regardez derri\u00e8re vous<\/strong>, posez votre autre main derri\u00e8re en <strong>ouvrant votre le buste au maximum<\/strong>.
